1. Overview

This policy applies to all electronics, gadgets, mobiles, laptops, CCTV, and IT products sold by Digisphere Nepal.

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic products, returns are subject to strict conditions.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products found defective within 48 hours of delivery may qualify for exchange.

• Unboxing video recommended

• Photos must be provided

• Subject to verification

3. Return Eligibility

• Request within 48 hours

• Unused condition

• Original packaging intact

4. Exchange Policy

• Defective or damaged product

• Incorrect item delivered

• Replacement depends on stock availability

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products

• Broken seals

• Activated or configured devices

• Compatibility issues

6. CCTV & Installed Products

Once installed, products are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Shipping Cost

• Defective product → covered by us

• Other reasons → customer bears cost
